Banks will report self-employed workers' income from Bizum and credit cards to the Treasury starting in February 2026
Entities must submit this declaration to the tax authorities for the first time in February 2026, based on data from the previous month, i.e., January 2026. Form 170 will require banks to declare monthly billing for business owners and professionals through card payments and Bizum, specifying the channel through which the income arrives. It will also identify the bank accounts into which the money is received and the point-of-sale (POS) terminals they have.
